Once enrolled, you can begin using services immediately. It is as simple as setting up recurring, automatic credit card charges or you have the freedom of paying the full amount in advance. This is a fantastic way to manage your health and your bank account.

Membership Option 1:

The Birch Weight Loss Program

Having trouble managing your weight? Birch can help! We will meet you where you are in your weight loss journey and take you to a healthier state. Here is what is included in our plan:

• Medically-supervised diet protocol
• Monthly check-ins with our medical team
• Initial lab testing
• Monthly Powershots (in-person visits only)
• Access to our medical team for program questions

The Birch Boutique Medicine Program

Are you interested in a provider system that makes you a priority? Allow Birch to give you the privilege of being one of our exclusive members at our chic, new office located in Bedford. Here is what you can expect with this membership:

• Priority appointments
• Acute minor illness visit (in-person or telemedicine)
• After hours access to medical team
• Discounts on specified products

Program Cost:

12 month program:

$500 annual fee OR $60 per month 

In addition to the annual membership, there will be a nominal fee of $25 for all provider visits, or your co-pay if you are a member of one of our contracted insurance companies. See contract for all program details.

Membership Guidelines:

Memberships may not be used by or transferred to any other person or entity for any reason. In addition, services do not roll over from month to month and there is no provision to place membership on hold or skip a month. No cash refunds will be given for unused services. Birch Medical & Wellness reserves the right to change, add, substitute or remove services and/or products at their discretion and there is no guarantee of services.

Payments are due on the same day of each month, beginning with the starting date of the membership. Fees will be billed for the duration of the program consecutively, including and beginning with the initial payment, unless payment in full is received in advance. Cancellations require 30 days notice and the cancellation fee is $99. See specific contract for additional information.
