Birch Medical & Wellness was wonderful. Everything from the beginning to the end of my treatment was pleasant and professional. Shelley was so gentle and actually made receiving Botox fun. She took her time to ask questions and thoroughly review my personal concerns that I wanted help with before beginning her treatment plan. And the results were wonderfully natural, yet smoothed out the lines that were bothering me. I received many compliments. And my husband did not feel it was overdone- That’s the most important opinion of all.

I received pellets for estrogen. They gave me more energy and better sleep. I like how they put them higher on my hip so when I sat it didn’t hurt. The staff is so friendly and kind. They ask all the right questions concerning your profile and history in order to care for you. They go far and beyond to take care of your needs.
