Birch Rapid Weight Loss

The Birch Rapid Weight Loss program is designed for patients who want to kick-start their weight loss and lose at least 15 pounds. Although individual results vary, patients can expect to lose an average of 20 pounds during the 12-week program. Some individuals have reported losing up to 30 pounds in the first six weeks. For patients who are appropriate candidates, medications* designed to help suppress appetite, increase metabolism, and boost energy levels can be prescribed.
12-Week Program

The program includes:

  • Comprehensive medical consultation to discuss your weight loss goals
  • Comprehensive blood work and EKG evaluation 
  • Sample diet and meal planning suggestions 
  • Bi-weekly (once every two weeks) weigh-in appointments 
  • B12 injection at weigh-in appointment (six shots: $90 value) 
  • Birch Supplements (2-month supply: $88 value) 
  • Follow-up blood work at the end of the 12-week program

Birch Lifestyle Diet

The Birch Lifestyle Diet is for patients who want to build healthier habits as well as look and feel their best. Individual results vary and depend on each patient's weight loss goal and the amount of time spent on the Birch Lifestyle Diet. On average, patients can lose 15% of their body weight in a year. Medications designed to help suppress appetite, increase metabolism, and boost energy levels can be prescribed for patients who qualify as candidates. 
Initial Program Visit

  • Comprehensive medical consultation to discuss weight loss goals
  • Comprehensive blood work panel
  • Vitamin injection
  • Birch Supplements (2-month supply: $88 value) 
  • Prescription medication*
Monthly Maintenance Visits

Monthly visits include:

  • Weigh-in
  • Vitamin injection 
  • Sample diet and meal planning ideas 
  • Support from and access to Birch medical staff
  • Prescription management
